Andrew. I am sorry to hear that your experience with the Ronald McDonald House has not been that enjoyable or rewarding. Like you said, when you sign up to volunteer for an organization with certain expectations and then those expectations are not met, it can be very frustrating. You said that it has been your job to clean a lot and to fix up rooms. I know you would rather have interaction with clients but don't you think there is a bigger purpose to the "busy" work you are doing? Although it is mundane work, try to look at the bigger picture. I hope your last volunteer experience is more enjoyable one, and look forward to hearing how it goes.
